Commitment, Care, and Exceptional Results: A Client's Journey

When my seller first decided to list his long-time home, previously a rental managed by a property manager, I knew there was substantial work ahead to maximize its market potential. After carefully assessing the property, I provided a comprehensive strategy that outlined options for selling as-is or making targeted repairs to significantly increase the home's value.

  • Property Presentation: Managed the sorting, cleaning, and junk removal processes, hiring Junkwisely to efficiently declutter and prepare the home.

  • Staging & Photography: Purchased and strategically placed staging items to transform the home’s appeal, capturing exceptional professional photography.

  • Curb Appeal: Arranged landscaping services with Charlie to enhance first impressions significantly.

  • Marketing & Negotiation: Executed targeted marketing strategies, securing multiple competitive offers. The best offer exceeded asking price by $20,000 and required no further seller concessions.

  • Resolving Complexities: Addressed and resolved an unexpected title issue involving a previously misfiled lien release. I diligently coordinated with the bank until the correct release was issued and recorded.
